Below is the Application to Surrender. Please complete the application and a Volunteer will be in contact with you within 48-72 hours.

Giving up your Lab is one of the toughest decisions you might ever face, but sometimes it really is the best option for everyone involved.
If you decide surrendering your Lab is the right path, we'll just need you to fill out a surrender form. Once you sign it, your pup officially becomes part of our rescue family, which means we can take care of any vet needs and eventually find them a loving forever home with a family we've carefully checked out.
Just so you know: When we place dogs in new homes, we keep things private on both sides. We don't share your information with the new family, and we don't share their details with you either. This keeps everyone's privacy protected and helps your Lab make a clean transition to their new life.

Complete our Surrender Form. This will tell us about your situation and the dog(s) you want to surrender.
Our Intake Team will review your surrender form. Someone from our team may reach out for additional information, if needed.
We will contact you to let know our decision. We do our best to respond as quickly as we can.
If your dog is a good fit for our organization, we will contact you to make arrangements to get your Lab!
If your dog is not a good fit or if we do not have room at this time, we will do our best to provide you with alternative resources.
