Hi everyone! I’m Sophie 5, a VERY BEAUTIFUL and VERY SWEET female 6 year old 100 lb pure bred Black Labrador Retriever. I was tearfully surrendered when one of family members suddenly became very allergic to me. I had lived with them my entire life. While hanging out at my foster home I have been using the doggie door, getting along GREAT with the rest of the pack, sleeping through the night on my dog bed in my foster’s bedroom and spending time with their grandson. I know sit, stay and give paw. I sit for my meals and take treats GENTLY. I am an active girl and would thrive with a family that is active and loves to play with me. I am enjoying playing with my young foster brother and sister. I will ride in the car but I would rather be closer to you than in the cargo area. I do well on the leash when I am wearing a harness. I would love to have somewhere to swim in my new home. I would love to have a fur brother or sister to play with, too. I LOVE kids but it would be best that my human brothers and sisters be 6 years or older due to my size.
