Hi Everyone, meet Simba, a 9-week-old male lab mix who weighs about 10 pounds. Simba’s mom is Minka, and his brothers and sisters are Eleanore, Sarafina, and Rigby. Since ariving at his foster home, Simba has been charming everyone who comes his way. He is adorable and knows that if he tilts his head and stares, he will get almost whatever he wants (usually a cuddle or attention).
He is doing great with his foster brothers (both adult labs) and human brothers. Loves to play and is figuring out how to retrieve, which usually ends up with him keeping his toy. Simba does well in the kennel at night, and will usually only cry when he needs to relieve himself. He has discovered what slippers and stuffed animals are, so it will be important to leave certain things out of reach, as he is very curious about the world around him. He is also a great eater.
Simba is a happy, super-friendly, love bug. He will do really well in an active family, and will need a lot of exercise as he grows.
Simba is available through our PAWS program which places puppies in their forever homes to start the bonding process prior to completing the adoption. Adopters must abide by the PAWS program agreement including spay/neuter and vaccine requirements which are all paid for by SOLR.
