Rory is a lover--he snuggles like an expert, whether in your lap or at your feet. He is playful, goofy, and just a joy to watch romp around as he explores his environment and learns what life is all about.
This puppy will be available through SOLR's Pending Adoption Welfare Status (PAWS) program which places puppies in their forever homes to start the bonding process prior to completing the adoption. Adopters MUST be approved by SOLR for our PAWS program to adopt a PAWS puppy. If approved, adopters must abide by the PAWS program agreement including spay/neuter and vaccine requirements which are all paid for by SOLR.
