If you look up Chocolate Labrador in the dictionary, you’ll find SWEET Roddy’s picture! He is a VERY HANDSOME 4-year-old PUREBRED CHOCOLATE LABRADOR RETRIEVER who LOVES playing fetch and LOVES his humans. Roddy is also great with kids and loves to give them kisses. He was very sadly surrendered by his family who raised him since a puppy due to some unforeseen changes.
WONDERFUL Roddy is potty trained, crate trained and doggie door trained. He gets along well with other dogs and has lived with cats in his prior home. Roddy knows sit, shake, is working on stay and has been walking very well with a gentle leader.
He has been a fast learner in his foster home and hopes his new family will continue his training. He is food motivated, so training should be fairly easy to accomplish.Roddy likes to swim and will someday make a great walking and hiking partner. He also likes to take an epic nap at your feet or on his dog bed after some exercise.
