Larry here, I’m a 6 month old, 40 lb., male, yellow Labrador Retriever. I’m what is known as a Dudley due to my coloring. I came into rescue with my 2 brothers, and although we were named after The 3 Stooges I’m a very smart boy. I lived my first 5 months in a horse barn with very little exposure to the outside world.
Since coming into the rescue I have been exposed to many new experiences. Having a soft bed and my own crate to sleep in at night makes me so happy. Swimming is so fun!. I’ve met a young boy who is very respectful in letting me get used to playing with him. Let's talk food- I absolutely love meal time and I’m learning how to sit and wait for my turn. I had never been on a leash before and boy was it scary at first. I’m starting to get the hang of it and I like walking with my foster mom. I’m still a puppy and I have lots of things to learn. One thing for certain, I will bring tons of love and laughter along with kisses and hugs to my new family. Continued training will help me become the best boy ever. P.S. I have not been cat tested but I have been fostering with lots of other Labs and I will NEED a canine buddy in my forever home.
