Puppies will be available through SOLR's Pending Adoption Welfare Status (PAWS) program which places puppies in their forever homes to start the bonding process prior to completing the adoption. Adopters MUST be approved by SOLR for our PAWS program to adopt a PAWS puppy. If approved, adopters must abide by the PAWS program agreement including spay/neuter and vaccine requirements which are all paid for by SOLR.
