Meet Pearl, your quintessential Lab! Pearl is a sweet 5 1/2 yr old yellow lab who came to SOLR after a lifetime of neglect. Pearl’s ears required a significant surgery. SOLR and its generous donors helped Pearl receive this much needed care and she has come through with flying colors! While Pearl may have some hearing loss, she is finally pain-free and enjoying a full, happy life!
Pearl is loving and affectionate! Pearl loves (really LOVES) her belly rubs - anywhere, anytime! She loves to snuggle by your side and on your bed, if allowed, or she is content to lay on her dog bed close to you. She adores car rides, meeting other people and other dogs. Pearl loves to swim and now fully recovered, she can swim again - such a happy girl! Pearl gets very excited on a leash when she sees another dog or person so continued leash training is needed. Pearl says: no cats, please.
Pearl will do best in a home with another dog as she has been around dogs all her life. She also wants a pool for swimming and continued training so she can be her best self. She wants a dedicated "belly-rubber" and a home that will love her as much as she will love back. Are you her forever family?
