Marlie is a beautiful 3-year old, purebred yellow lab, weighing 90 pounds. She is a sweet, silly, fun-loving, and energetic girl. Marlie loves the resident dogs at her foster home; she enjoys fetch, tug-of-war and simply running around the yard with them! Sometimes, she will even do a little somersault while playing - it’s so fun to watch her! She is very smart and has quickly learned simple commands while in foster. Marlie will sit and wait patiently for treats. She is also crate trained; she goes in willingly when asked and will both eat and nap in her kennel, but she is also fairly trustworthy in the house. Marlie is a great walking buddy and continues to improve her leash skills with her foster mom.
Marlie would love a fun, active family that will enjoy exercise, daily walks and lots of play time with her. A big yard for games of fetch and tug-of-war (maybe with a fur-sibling!) would be perfect! Marlie would also like to continue her training, so a family that is excited to teach her more would be a great fit! Best of all, Marley loves her humans!
