Are you looking for a giant teddy bear? Jimmy is 2-years-old and 97 pounds of purebred Labrador. His favorite activity? Napping! He can nap wherever and whenever. He could watch TV with you or accompany you in your home office all day long but he likes to go on walks and would benefit from a few more walks to loose some comfort pounds. He is very mellow for his age and likes to fetch and carry around toys but as of now, he prefers to keep them. He is great with other dogs especially females but doesn’t need another dog in his forever home. He is respectful with the resident cat. Jimmy is house trained, is using the doggie door and knows “sit” and “no”. He is very brave, curious and relaxed and is handling all new situations like a champ. Like all Labradors, he loves food but eats it slowly and takes treats very gently. He hasn’t lived with kids but based on his teddy bear personality, he would do great with kids. He loves to be with his people but just sleeps when he is left alone. Like all dogs, Jimmy would benefit from some more training, but he is such an easy going, gentle giant that even with his young age, he is already a perfect family member just waiting for his very own family.
