Howie is one of the four male black Lab puppies rescued by SOLR from a local animal care and control. They are all doing great in their foster home. Potty training is going well, and they love playing with the resident big dogs. At roughly 22 pounds and 3 months old, Howie is ready to find his forever homes.
Howie is available through our Pending Adoption Welfare Status (PAWS) program which places puppies in their forever homes to start the bonding process prior to completing the adoption. Adopters MUST be approved by SOLR for our PAWS program to adopt a PAWS puppy. If approved, adopters must abide by the PAWS program agreement including spay/neuter and vaccine requirements which are all paid for by SOLR.
