Hank is half Chocolate Lab and half Wirehaired German Pointer which just makes him 100% handsome! He is about 3 years old, weighing ~90lbs. Hank is a very sweet boy who loves his people and enjoys their attention. Hank is a gentleman when he meets other dogs and he gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home and enjoys playing with them. Hank loves playing with water! Although he is not pool tested, his foster thinks he would like swimming. Hank really likes to play fetch but can also be quite mellow. He also enjoys playing with squeaky toys. He is often content to hang out with his people in his foster home.
Hank is house trained, uses the doggy door, and knows sit. He loves to go for walks and is learning to be a gentleman on the leash. Like most pups, he will benefit from additional leash training. He likes children and is currently living with teenagers in his foster home; Hank would probably do best with children over 7 yo, just due to his size. He would be better in a home without cats.
