Meet Gia (2), a 4-year-old, 70 pound bundle of love, eagerly waiting for her perfect forever home! This sweet, friendly girl loves all people and dogs. She is a velcro dog, who just wants to be with her humans. She can live with other dogs or be an only dog. Gia adores little humans and takes treats gently.
Gia has medium energy, she greets everyone with a wiggly butt and kisses and once the excitement has calmed, she happily goes back to nap. She likes her daily activities like playing in the yard, where she’s a fetching pro and is working hard on learning to catch a frisbee. She loves water and can entertain herself with sprinklers or a pool. Gia also enjoys going on walks or hikes and her leash manners have improved a lot during her time in foster care. Between those activities she can nap in her crate or by your feet and would be an ideal companion for (home) office work.
She’s potty and crate-trained and sleeps peacefully through the night. She waits patiently for her food and knows basic cues.
