Please meet Watson! He is a tall and lean 2½ yo purebred Black Lab weighing ~80 lbs. His foster mom describes Watson as kind and soulful. He is a sweet and gentle young boy who gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. He has learned to swim and especially loves playing fetch. Watson will even drop his ball at your feet for another throw! He knows his basic commands: sit, stay, crate, off, leave it, and come. Watson loves car rides and is mastering his leash skills. He is also crate trained and sleeps in there quietly at night. Watson is very affectionate and loves his person. He previously lived with children and a cat and did well with them.
Watson is an incredibly loyal dog, very attached to his previous owner so he had a tough time settling at his foster's house. Change is always hard for the pups SOLR saves, but with patience Watson will settle in again in his forever home. Watson needs a family that can be patient, willing to provide structure and training so that he can thrive once again. Watson deserves nothing less.
