Buddy is a tall 21 month old purebred lab that weighs in at 90+ pounds, and will steal your heart with his sweet, playful, gentle nature, and will quickly become your new best friend and faithful companion! Buddy is smart, and knows all the basic commands (sit, stay, lay, leave it), and is house trained, doggie door trained, crate trained, and leash trained (but it is best to put him in a sit/stay when other dogs are walking past).
He is very active, and true to his breed, he loves retrieving balls (and will gladly drop it for you, if you have another one to throw). He also likes swimming, long walks and chew toys of all kinds. While Buddy loves to play, he is also content laying at your feet or simply following you around the house, when you are busy doing other things.
Buddy would do best with someone that is home most of the day. He is great with kids 6+ years old (hasn't been around younger children), and with other dogs, and would be fine living with or without another equally playful and friendly dog.
