Buddy is an 83-pound ball of purebred black lab love looking for a family to share belly rubs and tennis balls. He is a gentle giant who loves kids, car rides, goes easily into a crate (but doesn’t really need one because he can be trusted in the house alone), and sleeps all night on a bed on the floor. Buddy came from a house with other dogs and gets along great with his canine foster siblings. He’s a fairly mellow guy and is happy to curl up on a bed while you’re at home, but if you break out a tennis ball, he comes to life and will happily chase it forever. Buddy would love a home with a swimming pool to show off his amazing lab swimming skills. Although he’s quite gentle, Buddy should go to a home with someone who can handle his size. He is good on a leash but can pull on occasion, and he sometimes wants some assistance getting into the car. Buddy is the best boy who deserves the best family to give him all the love and attention.
