Archie is a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever mix who brings 79 pounds of happy energy wherever he goes. He’s a true people-lover who proudly carries a ball around like it’s his favorite treasure. He’s mastered “sit” and “give paw,”, "Watch Me", and "Leave It", and he recently discovered how much fun fetch can be. Smart and responsive, Archie comes when called, is fully house-trained, and sleeps soundly in his crate through the night. He’ll need a home with a yard where he can stretch out and play as it is his favorite thing to do!
Archie is eager to please and well on his way with leash training. Heading out for a drive? He hops right into his foster dad’s truck without missing a beat. He isn’t a fan of cats, but he gets along beautifully with his foster dog siblings and has always lived with other dogs. Archie is also good with kids over 10.
