Peter Quill AKA Star Lord is a happy go lucky 4-year-old, 90-lb. energetic boy who is an affectionate dog and thrives on being near his humans. Quill would do fine as an only dog, but also does well with small and big dogs, cats, and children of all ages. Quill is doing great with the toddler in his foster home, and takes treats gently. Nothing will make Quill happier than a walk, and he’s on the hunt for a strong handler as he learns his leash skills. Quill is crate trained, potty trained, and doggy door trained. Quill sleeps peacefully through the night after settling in. His ideal humans are home most of the day and are confident and patient to provide safety and structure as he learns the ropes. Like a typical Lab, he is energetic, is eager to please, and seems to get along with everyone. He’s a quick learner and thrives off routine.
