Handsome Archie is a 6-year-old Labrador /Golden Retriever mix who brings happy, goofy, lovable energy wherever he goes. He’s the kind of dog who instantly makes you smile — especially when he proudly carries a ball around like it’s his most prized possession.
Sweet Archie gets along beautifully with his foster dog siblings and has always lived with other dogs. He is not a fan of cats or chickens but he is great with kids ages 10 and up, making him a wonderful fit for an active family or a household that enjoys time together.
A true people-lover, Archie thrives on companionship and connection. He’s smart, responsive, and eager to please. He knows “sit,” “give paw,” “watch me,” and “leave it”. Archie comes when called, is fully house-trained, and sleeps soundly in his crate through the night.
Fun loving Archie has recently discovered just how wonderful a good game of fetch can be. This happy boy would love a home with a yard, where he can stretch his legs and play ball. He’s doing very well with leash training and continues to improve every day. Road trip, anyone? Archie happily hops right into his foster dad’s truck without hesitation.
