Remington 2 is a 2.5 year old chocolate boy. At 56 lbs, he is a smaller lab and big on personality! This handsome boy has a beautiful chocolate coat and golden eyes. Remington loves people and enjoys giving kisses all the time. He is a cheerful and friendly and just loves meeting new people. He has lived with other dogs and cats, and he has done well in his foster home with two elderly labs. He is happy and playful and just loves toys like plush squeaky toys or to have tennis balls to chase. He is very smart and eager to learn new things. His previous owner worked on him knowing commands and so far knows sit, stay, come, and down. He could do with some extra leash training as he’s always so excited to go outside and explore that he forgets his leash manners. Remington is good in a car and enjoys going on car rides with his people. He is also crate trained in case you need to leave him behind when you go out. He is housetrained and doggy door trained. He has been around teenagers but not lived with younger children. He likes to be with his people and will be by your side to see what activities are happening. When the time is right, Remington will lay on your lap on the sofa while you watch tv or beside you on your bed at night (if allowed!) He is a great companion and it’s hard not to love his enthusiasm for life. If you have room in your life for an affectionate and attentive companion, then Remington is your guy.
