Hi, my name is Eddie and I am looking for my forever family! I am a 1-year-old, 65 pound chocolate lab who loves to play fetch, swim and be with my humans! I love everyone I meet, including kids but any younger kids should be comfortable with my young dog energy. My foster family tells me I am very smart - I have already learned sit, stay, how to use the doggie door and I sleep quietly all night in my crate. Like all young dogs my age, I will benefit from more training so I can be the best boy for you! I get along well with other dogs in my foster home, but I could easily be the only dog in your home as well. An active family with a pool will be the best spot for me! I haven't met any cats yet, so it is best if my new home is cat-free. And, you might notice that I have a large spot on my back that doesn't have any fur on it.
