Frankie is looking for his very own forever home. His owner surrendered him to SOLR wanting a better life for him. At 12 weeks old, and around 16 lbs, this black boy is such a good pup. Frankie sleeps through the night in his crate and has been great at taking care of business outside (foster does not have a doggy door). Little Frankie is very smart and treat motivated. He has aced the “Frankie come” command inside, very handy when he is out of sight. Those two words have him racing to his foster for a treat. He loves playing with his toys or just hanging out close with his humans. Frankie has not been exposed to cats in his foster home, but is good with other dogs. If you are looking for a fun addition to your family, Frankie Meatball (his given name) is your guy!
Frankie is in the PAWS program which allows dogs to go to their forever homes, with the agreement that SOLR will be responsible for the upcoming medical appointments for shots and spay/neuter while the adopter will be responsible for their shelter and care. Especially for puppies, this is an important time for bonding, so we want them to get to their forever homes soon.
